The most useful messages point at something specific: a model number that doesn't match its button, a listing that now shows a different product, a spec that a maker has changed, or a link that no longer works.

Please include the page address and a screenshot if you can. The model number printed on the box helps too. That turns a vague report into a fix that takes minutes.

Every correction is checked against the original source. If it holds up, the page is updated and the change is recorded with a date in the corrections log on About Isadora.

Product questions are welcome too, though answers come from the same public sources the site uses. There's no in-house testing to draw from.

Orders and returns go through Amazon or the maker, as do warranty claims. Brew Clock never sees your order and can't change it.

Brands asking for coverage should know that placements aren't for sale and machines sent for review aren't accepted.
